Privacy

Last updated September 2026

BudgetFlow is currently in pre-launch: this page describes our data practices in plain terms rather than as a finished legal policy. We'll publish a complete Privacy Policy before onboarding production customers.

What we process

To operate the product, BudgetFlow stores the account information you provide (name, email) and the budget, project, and financial data your organization enters — entities, projects, chapters, budget lines, reservations, commitments, and invoices. This data is used solely to run the application for your organization.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with third parties except the infrastructure providers required to run the service (e.g. hosting and email delivery).

Questions

If your organization has specific data-processing or compliance requirements, contact us before creating an account and we'll work through them with you directly.

Cookie usage

BudgetFlow only uses cookies that are strictly necessary for the application to function (session, CSRF security). No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are set.
